ORDER TO FILE A PROPOSED PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE

 

Issue Date: May 2, 2013                                                    Effective Date: May 2, 2013

 

          The Missouri Public Service Commission is ordering the filing of a joint proposed procedural schedule (“schedule”). The schedule shall address deadlines for discovery and dispositive motions;[1] hearing dates; and briefing.  The Commission is also directing Staff to coordinate the filing of the schedule. 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     Staff shall co-ordinate the filing of a joint proposed procedural schedule as described in the body of this order no later than May 16, 2013.

2.     This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
