ORDER REJECTING APPLICATION AND CLOSING FILE

          On March 7, 2013, City Tele-Coin Company, Inc. filed an Application with the Missouri Public Service Commission for registration to offer and provide statewide interconnected voice over Internet service. 

          The Application filed by City Tele-Coin Company was signed by Gerald L. Juneau, Sr., who is not identified as an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri. 

On March 8, 2013, the Commission issued a Notice of Deficiency allowing the company to correct the deficiency by March 28, 2013.  No response was filed.  Thus, the Application filed on March 7, 2013, is rejected by the Commission and this case will be closed.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.          The Application filed by City Tele-Coin Company, Inc. on March 7, 2013, is rejected.

2.          This order shall become effective upon issuance.

 

3.          This case may be closed.
