ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO FILE REPORT

 

Issue Date:  March 20, 2013                                            Effective Date:  March 20, 2013

 

          The Commission is granting the Motion for Extension of Time (“motion”).  Staff filed the motion on March 20, 2013, asking for more time to investigate and prepare its report on the complaint of Andrew Monroe.  Staff also represents that Mr. Monroe is interested in exploring a resolution of the complaint without litigation through mediation.  Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion. 

          The Commission orders that:

1.     The Motion for Extension of Time is granted.

2.     The commission's staff shall file its report no later than April 22, 2013.

3.     This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
