ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

For the reasons stated in KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company’s (“GMO”) March 19, 2013 “Motion for Extension of Time,” the Commission will extend the deadline for GMO to file its new Quarterly Cost Adjustment Tariff.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The deadline for KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company to file its new Quarterly Cost Adjustment Tariff is extended until April 15, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
