Motion to Declassify Surveillance Monitoring )
Report of Ameren Missouri for the Twelve Month ) File No. EO-2013-0413
Period Ending December 31, 2012 )
Issue Date: March 13, 2013 Effective Date: March 13, 2013
On March 7, 2013, the Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers, the Office of Public Counsel, AARP, and the Consumers Council of Missouri filed with the Missouri Public Service Commission (“Commission”) a Motion to Make Certain Documents Public, Request for Waiver, and Motion for Expedited Treatment (“Motion”). On March 8, 2013, the Commission issued an Order Directing Filing, which directed Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren Missouri”) and the Commission’s Staff to file a response to the Motion no later than March 14, 2013.
On March 13, 2013, Ameren Missouri filed a Motion for Extension of Time to Respond and Motion for Expedited Treatment, requesting an extension of time until March 18, 2013 to file its response to the Motion. Ameren Missouri states that it needs additional time to prepare its response and that granting the request will not result in prejudice to the parties who filed the Motion. The Commission finds the request reasonable and will extend the deadline for Ameren Missouri and Staff to file responses.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri’s Motion for Extension of Time to Respond and Motion for Expedited Treatment is granted.
2. The deadline for Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri and the Commission’s Staff to respond to the Motion is extended until no later than March 18, 2013.
3. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
