ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO WITHDRAW

On March 13, 2013, the law firm of Fischer & Dority, P.C. sought leave for James M. Fischer and Larry W. Dority to withdraw as counsel for Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Mid South TransCo LLC, and Transmission Company Arkansas, LLC. In its motion, Fischer & Dority, P.C. states that a separate entry of appearance is forthcoming for continued representation of these entities. Indeed, an entry of appearance was filed by Thomas R. Schwarz, Jr.

Because Mr. Schwarz has entered his appearance, and the entities in question have representation, the Commission will grant leave for James M. Fischer and Larry W. Dority to withdraw.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The Commission grants leave to James M. Fischer and Larry W. Dority to withdraw as counsel for Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Mid South TransCo LLC, and Transmission Company Arkansas, LLC.

2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
