ORDER SETTING FILING DATE RELATED TO LATE INTERVENTION

 

Issue Date:  March 13, 2013                                         Effective Date:  March 13, 2013

 

          The Missouri Public Service Commission is setting the deadline for filing any response to the Application to Intervene out of Time of the Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers filed on March 13, 2013.

          The Commission orders that:

1.     Any response to the Application to Intervene out of Time of the Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers shall be filed no later than March 18, 2013.

2.     This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
