          For the reasons stated in the Office of the Public Counsel’s motion, the Commission will grant it leave to late file its position statement.   

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Office of the Public Counsel is granted leave to file its position statement one day out of time. 

2.               This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
