In its December 16, 2015, Order Setting Procedural Schedule, the Commission set a prehearing conference to occur, if needed, on May 24, 2016. Determining a prehearing conference is needed to discuss the schedule for the evidentiary hearing and the status of any settlement discussions, the Commission will provide a call-in number so parties may participate telephonically.
