NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY
Issue Date: April 13, 2016
On
April 12, 2016, Triggerfish Corporation, filed an
application for registration to provide interconnected voice over Internet protocol
service.
The
application was not complete in that the affidavit attached to the application listed
area codes of the areas it wishes to provide service, but failed to provide the
exchange of the local exchange company in which the company proposes to provide
VoIP service, as required by Section §392.550.3(2), RSMo
(Cumm. Supp. 2013).
The
Commission will not take action on this application until this deficiency is
corrected. The Commission will leave the
file open until April 25, 2016, to allow
Triggerfish to correct the deficiency.
If no response is filed by that time, the Commission will reject the
application and close the file.
