NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY
Issue Date: January 29, 2016
On
January 26, 2016, Zito Missouri-Kansas, LLC filed an
application and affidavit for registration to provide interconnected voice over
Internet protocol service. Pursuant to 4
CSR 240-2.080(2), pleadings filed with the Commission must be signed by at
least one attorney of record authorized to practice law in Missouri. The application is not signed by a Missouri
attorney, and does not contain a completed certificate of service.
Zito’s filing
is deficient and the Commission will not take action on this application until
these deficiencies are corrected. The
Commission will leave the file
open until February 8, 2016, to allow Zito to correct the deficiencies. If no response is filed by that time, the Commission
will reject the application and close the file.
