NOTICE RECOGNIZING ACQUISITION

AND CLOSING CASE

 

Issue Date: January 26, 2016                              

          On January 5, 2016, NPG Cable, LLC, d/b/a Suddenlink Communications filed notification that a parent company acquisition had occurred.  On December 21, 2015, Cequel Corporation, the parent of NPG Cable, LLC, d/b/a Suddenlink Communications, was acquired by Altice N.V.  The Commission acknowledges NPG Cable, LLC, d/b/a Suddenlink Communications’ parent company has changed to Altice N.V., and will note that change in its records.
