NOTICE REGARDING DISCOVERY AND EVIDENTIARY MOTIONS

On January 20, 2016, Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois (“ATXI”) filed a motion to strike or deny admission of testimony. Because the hearing is set to begin on January 25, unless the Commission orders otherwise, the Commission will defer ruling on these motions, and on any other subsequent discovery or evidentiary motions, until after the hearing.
