NOTICE OF DISMISSAL

Issue Date: November 24, 2015

On September 18, 2015, the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission against Rex Deffenderfer Enterprises, Inc. On November 23, 2015, Staff filed a Motion to Dismiss, which stated that the issues that were the subject of the complaint have been resolved. Staff requests that the Commission dismiss the complaint.

Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.116(1) states that a complainant may dismiss a complaint without an order of the Commission before prepared testimony or oral evidence has been offered. The parties have not offered prepared testimony or
oral evidence. The Commission, therefore, will take notice of Staff’s dismissal. This case shall be closed.
