NOTICE OF DISMISSAL

On June 29, 2015, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. On October 2, Ameren Missouri filed a Notice of Dismissal stating that while the company does intend to construct a solar facility, the timeframe for construction has changed. Therefore, Ameren Missouri does not need a certificate at this time. Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.116(1) states that a party may dismiss a complaint without an order of the Commission before prepared testimony or oral evidence has been offered. The parties have not offered prepared testimony or oral evidence.

The Commission will take notice of the dismissal. This case shall be closed.
