REGARDING REQUEST TO INTERVENE
Issue Date: August 26, 2015
On August 25, 2015, Stonebridge Village Property Owners Association filed a letter requesting that it be allowed to participate in this matter. The letter does not conform to the Commission’s rules regarding pleadings, or to those regarding intervention. Please refer to the Code of State Regulations at 4 CSR 240, Chapter 2. The Commission will take no action regarding the request to participate until those deficiencies are corrected.
