Juanita Tansil filed a complaint against Ameren Missouri. The Commission issued notice of the complaint and directed Ameren to respond no later than July 31, 2015. However, on July 17, Complainant filed a dismissal of her complaint with prejudice because she and Ameren reached an agreement.
