Karen Smith and Missouri American Water Company have filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss this complaint. In the motion, they inform the Commission that a settlement has been reached.

If no testimony has been taken, Commission rule 4 CSR 240-2.116(1) allows a complainant to dismiss a complaint without an order from the Commission. Because Complainant is a party to the Joint Motion, this matter will be disposed of under the above rule.
