NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY
Issue Date: March 20, 2015
On
March 18, 2015, Google North America Inc. filed an application for registration
to provide interconnected voice over Internet protocol service. Google North America’s application did not
contain an attorney’s signature, or the signer’s street address, telephone
number, facsimile number and electronic e-mail address. Pursuant to 4 CSR 240-2.080(2), pleadings
filed with the Commission must be signed by at least one attorney of record
authorized to practice law in Missouri.
The
application also failed to contain a completed certificate of service. In addition, the affidavit attached to the
application failed to provide the exchanges in which the company proposes to
provide VoIP service, pursuant to §392.550.3(2), RSMo Cum. Supp. 2013.
Google North America’s filing is
deficient and the Commission will not take action on this application until
this deficiency is corrected. The
Commission will leave the file open until April 9, 2015, to allow Google North
America to correct the
deficiency.
If no response is filed by that time, the Commission will reject the
application and close the file.
