On November 17, 2014, the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a notice of Staff’s voluntary dismissal of its complaint against Moore Bend Water Utility, LLC. Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.116(1) states that a party may dismiss a complaint without an order of the Commission at any time before prepared testimony or oral evidence has been offered. Since no prepared testimony or oral evidence was offered, the Commission will take notice of the dismissal. This file is closed.
