Following the Local Public Hearing held on November 24, 2014, three individuals submitted additional documents that will be treated as late-filed exhibits for that hearing. The first set of documents, including an e-mailed cover letter, was submitted by Mr. Ben Stockton. Those documents have been marked as Exhibit No. 2 and will be received into evidence. The second set of documents, again including an e-mailed cover letter, was submitted by George M. Hall. Those documents have been marked as Exhibit No. 3, and will be received into evidence. Finally, Assistant Attorney General Jacob Westen sent the presiding officer an e-mail setting out the caption of the pending appeal to the United States 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. That e-mail has been marked as Exhibit 4 and will be received into evidence.
