NOTICE OF ACTIONS TAKEN AT PREHEARING CONFERENCE

Issue Date: November 24, 2014

On October 30, 2014, Kansas City Power & Light Company submitted a tariff designed to implement a general rate increase for electric utility service. On November 24, 2014, the Commission conducted a prehearing conference and took the following actions:

· Granted unopposed applications to intervene submitted by Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers, City of Kansas City, Missouri Division of Energy, IBEW Unions, Sierra Club, Missouri Gas Energy, U.S. Dept. of Energy and Federal Executive Agencies, and Midwest Energy Consumers Group.

· Ordered the parties to file a joint proposed procedural schedule no later than December 2, 2014.
