NOTICE OF ACTIONS TAKEN AT EVIDENTIARY HEARING

Issue Date: November 24, 2014

On November 21, 2014, the Commission completed the taking of all witness testimony in this matter, so there is no need to conduct any further proceedings on December 2 and 3, 2014. At the hearing on November 21, 2014, the Commission took the following actions:

· Permitted Grain Belt Express to late-file Exhibit No. 149 no later than November 25, 2014. Any objections to the receipt of this exhibit must be filed no later than December 1, 2014.

· Amended the procedural schedule at the request of the parties to extend the deadline for filing initial post-hearing briefs from December 5, 2014 to December 8, 2014. Other than this one change, the events of the procedural schedule remain in effect.

· All transcripts were expedited to be filed no later than November 25, 2014.
