NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT

The Commission opened this file to facilitate Staff’s efforts to gather input from interested stakeholders about drafting a revision of Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-3.105. That rule sets out the filing requirements for electric utilities seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity from the Commission.

On November 18, 2014, the Commission’s Staff filed a motion asking the Commission to inform interested stakeholders that Staff would like to collect written comments in general about the proposed revision of the rule, and in particular about Staff’s current redlined version of the rule revisions that was e-mailed to stakeholders by Staff on November 5.

Staff also invites interested persons to attend a workshop to discuss these matters. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, starting at 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room 315 of the Governor Office Building in Jefferson City.
