Issue Date: November 17, 2014
On September 22, 2014, Amanda BoClair filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission (“Commission”) against Missouri-American Water Company (“MAWC”). On November 11, 2014, Ms. BoClair filed Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, which stated that she had reached a mutually acceptable resolution with MAWC of the matters raised in the complaint and requested that the Commission dismiss the complaint with prejudice.
Commission Rule 4 CSR
240-2.116(1) states that a complainant may dismiss a complaint without an order
of the Commission before prepared testimony or oral evidence has been
offered. The parties have not offered
prepared testimony or
oral evidence. The Commission,
therefore, will take notice of Amanda BoClair’s dismissal.
