The Missouri Public Service Commission
is giving notice of an evidentiary hearing on the merits of the complaint.
The Commission will convene an
evidentiary hearing on the merits of the complaint on April 30, 2014, at 9:00
a.m. in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson
City, Missouri 65102.
The hearing room meets accessibility
standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and any person who
needs additional accommodations to participate in the evidentiary hearing shall
contact the Commission not later than the day before such event. Such contact
