On August 15, 2014, The Tranquility Group, LLC d/b/a Branson Cedars Resort (“Company”) filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission (“Commission”) requesting that the Commission grant it a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to own, operate, control, manage and maintain water systems in Taney County, Missouri. On August 25, 2014, the attorney for the Company notified the Commission that this case was filed in error and asked that it be closed. No further action is required by the Commission in this matter so this file will be closed.
