NOTICE REGARDING RESTORATION OF SERVICE

Ullesseyo Whitehorn has filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission disputing a certain amount of her bill. The Commission has notified Ameren Missouri and the company’s answer is yet due.
On August 21, 2014, Complainant submitted an e-mail informing the Commission that she has no electricity and expressing concern about her living conditions; particularly, in light of rising temperatures.
The company has informed the Commission that it is aware of Complainant’s concern and will restore electric service upon Complainant’s payment of the undisputed amount. The remaining portion of her bill will be the subject of this ongoing docket.
