OF THE RECORD
Issue Date: July 30, 2014
During the course of the evidentiary hearing, Ameren Missouri offered, and the Commission admitted, exhibit 102HC and 102NP, representing the prefiled Rebuttal Testimony of Robert S. Mudge.[1] The Rebuttal Testimony of Mr. Mudge as filed in EFIS on May 9, 2014,[2] included six attached highly confidential schedules. However, those six schedules were not attached to Exhibit 102HC when it was filed in EFIS.[3]
To correct this mistake in the record, the six schedules have been added to exhibit 102HC in EFIS.
