NOTICE OF CORRECTION
OF THE RECORD
Issue Date: July 15, 2014
During the course of the evidentiary hearing, Ameren Missouri offered, and the Commission admitted, exhibits 129HC and 130HC.[1] Exhibit 129HC was described in the transcript as Noranda’s response to Ameren Missouri’s eleventh set of data requests. Exhibit 130HC was described in the transcript as Noranda’s response to Ameren Missouri’s twelfth set of data requests. The response to the eleventh set of data requests was correctly marked as exhibit 129HC. However, the court reporter inadvertently marked the response to the eleventh set of data requests again as exhibit 130HC. The response to the twelfth set of data requests was not marked by the court reporter.
To correct this mistake in the record, the response to the twelfth set of data requests, which was distributed to the bench and the parties during the hearing, has been marked as exhibit 130HC and has been placed in EFIS as a replacement for the incorrectly marked exhibit.
