††††††††† On June 2, 2014, ViaSat Communications, Inc., f/k/a WildBlue Communications, Inc. filed a motion to cancel its interconnected voice over Internet protocol registration to provide statewide interconnected voice over Internet protocol service.ViaSatís motion is signed by Ronald E. Quirk, Jr., who is not identified as an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri.

††††††††† Pursuant to 4 CSR 240-2.080(2), pleadings filed with the Commission must be signed by at least one attorney of record authorized to practice law in Missouri.

††††††††† ViaSatís filing is deficient and the Commission will not take action on this application until this deficiency is corrected.The Commission will leave the file open

 

 

until June 23, 2014, to allow ViaSat to correct the deficiency.If no response is filed by that time, the Commission will reject the application and close the file.
