NOTICE OF COMPLAINT STATUS CHANGE

On December 27, 2013, the Missouri Public Service Commission issued a notice designating this as a small complaint under Commission rule 4 CSR 240-2.070(15).On January 3, 2014, Michael Stark, Complainant, filed a response to the Commissionís notice and states that the amount in controversy may exceed the $3,000 limit contemplated under the small complaint rule.

The Commission hereby gives notice that this complaint will no longer proceed under the small complaint rule.However, the filing deadlines previously ordered by the Commission will remain.
