The Missouri Public Service Commission
is giving notice that it has already cancelled the December 16, 2013 hearing[1], and re‑scheduled
the hearing date for January 16, 2014,[2]
(earlier rulings”) as requested in Craig Mershon’s Motion to Set Aside the Regulatory Judge’s Order for an Evidentiary
Hearing on December 16, 2013 (“motion”).[3] The motion and the earlier rulings
most likely crossed in the mail. Because the earlier rulings have already
granted the relief sought in the motion, the Commission will not rule on the
motion.
