NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR AUTHORITY

TO PROVIDE PAYPHONE SERVICE

 

 

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT each applicant listed in the schedule accompanying this notice has applied to the Missouri Public Service Commission for a certificate of service authority to provide private pay telephone service via customer-owned pay telephone equipment.  In order to grant the request, the Commission must find that it is in the public interest.  Section 392.440, RSMo 2000.[1]

 

If you wish to contest whether it is in the public interest to grant an applicant a certificate of service authority, you may file a written application to intervene.  Address your application to the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, Post Office Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, and serve copies on the applicant, the applicant’s attorney, and all intervenors.  You may obtain a copy of an application for service authority filed with the Commission by sending a written request to the Secretary at the above address.

 

The Data Center of the Commission is directed to send a copy of this Order and Notice to every telecommunications company that provides basic local exchange service in Missouri.
