On February 8, 2013, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed notice pursuant to Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-22.080(12), indicating that it has changed its preferred resource plan in light of the Commission’s order in the company’s recent rate case that approved policies and funding for Ameren Missouri’s MEEIA programs.  No party has responded to that notice and the Commission’s integrated resource planning rules do not require any response from the Commission.  This file may now be closed.
