NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY
Issue Date: March 8, 2013
On
March 7, 2013, City Tele-Coin Company, Inc. filed an application for
registration to provide statewide interconnected voice over Internet protocol
service. City Tele-Coin’s application is
signed by Gerald L. Juneau, Sr., who is not identified as an attorney licensed
to practice law in Missouri.
Pursuant
to 4 CSR 240-2.080(2), pleadings filed with the Commission must be signed by at
least one attorney of record authorized to practice law in Missouri.
City
Tele-Coin’s filing is deficient and the Commission will not take action on this
application until this deficiency is corrected.
The Commission will leave the file open until March 28, 2013, to allow City
Tele-Coin to correct the deficiency. If
no response is filed by that time, the Commission will reject the application
and close the file.
