NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Issue Date: February 27, 2013

On January 13, 2013, the Commission issued an order captioned as Order Denying Motion for Extension of Time and Granting Request for Prehearing Conference. In that order, the Commission made reference to the previously-scheduled evidentiary hearing date as March 12, 2012, which was a typographical error. The correct date of the evidentiary hearing is March 12, 2013. Commission Rule 4 CSR 240-2.160(4) provides that the Commission may correct its own orders. The Commission corrects its January 31, 2013 order to refer to March 12, 2013 as the date of the evidentiary hearing in this matter.

The order is accordingly corrected nunc pro tunc.
